THANKS and ALL HANDS ON DECK

Thanks to all who volunteered at the NDA speech meet on Friday and Saturday (and for being flexible when the schedule changed). We got lots of compliments on the food and the hospitality. In fact, we did so well that we've been asked to be host districts on February 16-18, 2012. We start with preparation on Thursday evening, February 16. On Friday we will be serving dinner to Judges and students. We will serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Saturday to Judges and students. We expect up to 280 students and 80 judges so we need as many volunteers as we can get. Please let Margaret Lockhart (lockhart@cklpa.com) know when you can work. Take as many shifts as you like!

Thursday - late afternoon and evening
Friday - 2pm - 6pm
Friday - 6pm- 9pm
Saturday - 7:30am-11am
Saturday - 11am- 2pm
Saturday - 2pm-5pm
Saturday - 4pm to finish (clean up)

Remember that any profit we make on concessions goes back to the team to defray expenses.
